Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We are based in Kent but we can buy property anywhere in the UK through our National Network of Property Buyers.

Q: Do you buy properties in any condition?

A: Yes. No problem. Many of the properties we buy are in poor condition, which is why they are harder to sell through an Estate Agent.

Q: Will my neighbours know about the sale?

A: No. The whole process is strictly confidential. There are no “For Sale” or “Sold” signs. Nobody will know about your sale.

Q: How much will it cost me?

A: Not a penny! You will not have to pay for a Home Information Pack (HIP) and Kent Home Buyers will pay for all the costs of a Survey and legal fees (up to £800). The price we offer is the amount of money you get with no deductions.

Q: How can you buy my home in such a short time?
